Hidden Valley Chapter of Military Officers Association of America (CA-54) mission is based on the oath we took when we were commissioned:
To support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies foreign and domestic. We pledge Allegiance to the United States of America
The specific mission of Hidden Valley Chapter of MOAA- to protect the earned benefits of the members of the military and the 7 uniformed services, their families and to advocate for strong USA national defense. We look after each another in CA-54. We care for all veterans and all ranks. Hidden Valley Chapter of MOAA supports all former, retired, reserve and future officers in our Zip Codes.

In addition, we recommend and contribute to MOAA Scholarship Fund for kids of Officers and Enlisted going to 4-year college in our containments area. We participate in Escondido Memorial Day Parade and at Christmas party we collect food or clothing for Junior Marines and Sailors at Miramar USMC Air Station, Miramar, CA. CA-54 support USMC Toys of Tots Foundation, and MOAA Scholarship Fund. (Scholarships and Grants for CALMOAA College kids and others.
CA 54-does not support USA partisan politics however we appreciated elected officials who support American Veterans.

CA-54 participate and support MOAA Storming the Hill every spring in Washington, D.C.
We participate and support CALMOAA storming Sacramento. Reeb and Associates are our Lobbying group for Veterans Affairs.
Chapter 54 number # one legislative goal in California.
California should remove State Income Tax on Military Retirees Pay.
CA-54 is the premium military/veteran’s Officers Association in the following North County locations:
Escondido. Vista, San Marcos, Bonita, Valley Center, Temecula, Julian and Ramona, California. We are an equal opportunity nonprofit 503 (c ) organization.
CA-54 dues are expected on 1 January of the following year.

CA-54 have combined lunches with General J.P. Holland chapter of Military Order of World Wars on the first Saturday of each month.
