The mission of the Red River Valley MOAA Chapter is to bring together commissioned and warrant officers, active and retired, and persons who have held status as commissioned and warrant officers of the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Public Health Service or National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, including all components thereof, to locally support the objectives of the Military Officers Association of America, and such other worthy causes as may be deemed proper by the Chapter.
Information on Joining the Chapter
Membership in the Red River Valley MOAA Chapter is open to anyone who holds or has ever held a commission or warrant in any component of the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Public Health Service or National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and their surviving spouses.
New members are encouraged to contact any of the officers for the chapter or can email the Chapter at email@example.com.
The MOAA Chapter holds 6 meetings a years featuring guest speakers on topics relevant to the members. A special Christmas party is held each December. In addition the chapter supports local JROTC programs and ROTC programs and annual Veterans’ Day observance.
The MOAA Chapter supports the MOAA national legislative agenda and supports the North Dakota Veterans Legislative Council in various state veterans' issues.
Red River Valley Chapter meetings are held bi-monthly. Locations vary and are announced in the chapter newsletter and at chapter meetings. Correspondence to the Chapter can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or to the current president.

The Red River Valley MOAA Chapter was chartered in 1970 and serves northwest Minnesota and all of North Dakota. Meetings are held bi-monthly in various locations. The chapter publishes a monthly newsletter. The chapter currently has 25 members made up of currently serving, former, and retired officers and their survivors.
