Mission

The mission of the Seven Springs Chapter is to benefit the members of the uniformed services, their families and survivors and to advocate for a strong national defense, while providing needed support to the community and its members. Additionallly, we provide a forum for the members to enjoy the cameraderie of fellow military officers.

Information on Joining the Chapter

Membership in the Seven Springs Chapter is open to anyone who holds or has ever held a commission or warrant in any component of the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Public Health Service or National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and their surviving spouses. Chapter Activities

The Seven Springs Chapter holds four meetings a year including a steak cookout in May and September and a special Christmas party in December. We award scholarships annually to active duty miliary, veterans, or family members of the same, who are pusuing post-seondary education. Additionally. we recognize outstanding JROTC and ROTC cadets at local universities who have demonstrated exceptional potential for military leadership by presenting them with the MOAA medal.

Legislative Issues

The Seven Springs Chapter supports the MOAA national legislative agenda and is also active in supporting the state council in various state veteran' issues.

About Our Chapter

The Seven Springs Chapter serves Cleburne County and the immediate surrounding area of north-central Arkansas. Meetings are held quarterly in various locations. The chapter currently has 28 members made up of currently serving, former, and retired officers and their survivors.
